-Items are shipped via Air mail worldwide. Shipping will take approximately 15 working days to ship. This includes packaging.

Are there Discounts to Items if i buy them in bulk?
-Yes, Discounts will be given and no extra charges will be made for shipping (if required). For Orders of 3 (same items) and above, discount will be given for the total amount. Please Remember to state the quantity in the form.

How do i know if my Order has been Processed?
-You will receive an email within 1 working day with a confirmation of your item/colour/quantity. Please make sure that the item you have ordered is correct and to make payment within 3days. For locals, Please make sure bank transfer has been made after order.

What if i received a broken Item?
-Email us the detail of the product. We will require you to mail it back to us for a replacement.

Can i Get My Items to Ship Faster In any other Shipping Method?
-You can Opt for EMS Express Mail Services. The time taken will be 3~5 working days. But a fee will be included, if large quantities of items are purchased (10 of more), we will waive the fee for EMS services. Please Remember to add an Extra Option on the order form with "EMS Services : Yes".

What should i do if i wish to add another item after i've send in the order form?
-You can send in another Order form with the item you wish to add, we will only process all Orders the next working day. Example : If you order on a saturday, processing will only be done on monday.

Is there really no refund available?
-We will only do refund if the item is broken and we do not have stock for the item. We will request for a picture to show that it is really broken before doing a refund.
